Meaningful retreats. Built to last.

A global perspective shaped by experience — bringing clarity, structure, and ease to retreat planning.

I help wellness professionals create meaningful retreats that are built to last — with clarity, structure, and ease.

My background comes from structured, global work environments, where long-term thinking, planning, and execution matter. Those same skills now support retreat hosts in creating experiences that feel grounded, intentional, and sustainable.

Shaped by experience across cultures and places

Years of working across international teams and spending time in different regions have shaped how I understand space, rhythm, and experience.

Moving between cultures — often through work, travel, and long-term projects — taught me that environment matters: how people arrive, pause, and return home deeply influences how an experience is felt and remembered.

That perspective informs how I approach retreat planning — with attention to flow, pacing, and the details that support presence, not overwhelm.

Where structure meets intention

Over time, I saw how powerful it could be to bring structure and intention together — precision and presence working side by side.

The most meaningful retreats are not created through intuition alone. They are supported by clarity, thoughtful planning, and sustainable foundations, so the experience feels expansive instead of overwhelming.

That intersection is where Wellness Retreat Planner was born.

This work doesn’t replace what I do — it complements it.

It’s the same skills, applied to experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and create real impact.

What I bring to the process

  • Clarity before complexity

I help you see what actually matters — before adding more.

  • Structure that supports the experience

From flow and timing to logistics that feel natural, not forced.

  • Thoughtful planning without guesswork

Decisions grounded in intention, not assumptions.

  • A focus on sustainability — for you and your guests

So the work feels supportive, not draining.

Organizing a retreat comes with many moving parts — from marketing and pricing, to logistics, flow, and delivery.

You may already feel confident in some areas, and uncertain in others. That’s completely normal.

My role is not to take over your vision — but to support you as you navigate the unknowns, clarify decisions, and move forward with confidence.

I’m here to help you bring structure to the parts that feel unclear, so you can focus on what you do best — creating meaningful experiences.
